Great Low Calorie Breakfast Or Snack

The Sloppy Banana

1 overly ripe banana; smashed


Cinnamon, Splenda, Nutmeg, Ginger; to taste


Squirt of two or four of zero calorie butter spray


2 slices of 40 calorie bread




Mix Banana and spices together


Spread evenly on bread slices


Squirt butter spray on top of banana mixture (covering completely)


And put open faced in toaster oven


Toast in oven on medium


Take out while it is hot and bread is crispy




Eat with a fork not as a sandwich --- it is to sloppy!
