I was asked the other day what my New Years Resolution was-----------????????
I was stumped usually it is to lose weight and I am already working hard on that endeavor I know I still have around 30 lbs to lose but I WILL get there no need in making a whole resolution for that--------- !!!!!!
So what was my resolution going to be this year????????
After the end of this week (a very LONG story) I have a resolution I think everyone around me will LOVE!!!!!!

I am going to be happier! Yes HAPPIER! I am going to work hard at being more positive and less whiny... I am going to gripe less and praise God more! This is going against my nature of late but if doing the opposite can work for George Constanza on Seinfeld hopefully it can work for me!

I found the following list of ten things to make you unhappy on a website the other day and I think it is the key to breaking the &%#@$y syndrome I am in! I figured if I found out what I was doing to make myself miserable I could maybe stop the behavior before I let it get the best of me! And some St John's Wort or SAM-e will probably help some too but knowing the behavior and learning the patterns is the first step to conquering it... It is kind of like an addiction of sorts! You have to admit you have a problem to take the first steps on the road to recovery. I have taken this to God in prayer as well and PLEADED for him to help me turn my disposition around like he has helped me turn my weight around (I bought a size 6 yes I said 6 yes S-I-X... jeans today).... there is no problem to small or to large for God to handle. I just have to let it go and give it over to him (which I kinda have control issues ssssoooo that is not as easy as it sounds). But I am really gonna try so please all of you pray for me and as they said in It's A Wonderful Life "yes Tommy pray hard" .... PRAY HARD for me. I really need your support with this even more than the weight thing! I know with the help and support of my prayer warriors there is no problem that God and I can not handle! Hope this little list will help some of you out there as much as it did me .... I am guilty of all ten but that is going to change I am saying NOT ANYMORE; ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Life is too short to be miserable! So lets get happy!
