172nd Brings Injured ABC News Due Home!

172nd Airlift Wing of the Mississippi Air National Guard has transported two ABC journalists from Iraq to the United States, Lt. Col. David Buck said Wednesday.
Anchorman Bob Woodruff and cameraman Doug Vogt were injured in Iraq on Sunday night after their convoy was hit by an explosive device about 12 miles north of Baghdad.
Woodruff and Vogt returned to the United States on Tuesday and are being treated at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md.
